ITMS group of companies has the highest standards of business conduct, in place that apply to all stakeholders and the entire supply chain. We expect our suppliers to adhere to the same high standards of business conduct in their work as our company.

The standards of business conductis a document that describes possible conflicts of interest, anti-bribery and corruption, protection of corporate assets, confidentiality and data protection, human rights and respect at work. Potential violations include

• committing a criminal offense, including fraud, bribery or corruption;
• harassment, abuse at work or other human rights violations;
• dishonest accounting or falsification of documents;
• falsification of information in the company's information systems;
• any violations of the Standards of Business Conduct or other company policies, principles or rules;
• solicitation by any company employee or contractor to perform any unethical or illegal act;
• concealment of any violation.
